Pre-Order Packages - Delivery and Returns

We offer our pre-order packages as set out on our website: kingsandqueens.au (Pre-Order Package)
Pre-Order Packages are not available for immediate use. You will be notified when Pre-Order Packages may be redeemed.
You will have 12 months to redeem your Pre-Order Package from the date on which we notify you that Pre-Order Packages are eligible to be redeemed.
If, within 12 months from the date you purchased a Pre-Order Package, we do not notify you that Pre-Order Packages are eligible to be redeemed, then we will provide you with a full refund.
The Pre-Order Package is not redeemable for cash.
We do not offer a refund for a change of mind.

We may, in our absolute discretion offer additional complimentary gifts to customers making purchases on the website (Gifts).
If possible, we will deliver the Gifts to the delivery address you provide when making your order. If you are not in our delivery area, please contact us to discuss delivery options.
We aim to dispatch any Gifts within 14 business days of an associated purchase, unless otherwise noted on the website.
If you need to change the delivery address, please notify us immediately in writing.
We deliver the products using a range of delivery methods. You may need to sign for some deliveries. If neither you nor your authorised representative is at the delivery address to accept delivery, you agree that we may leave the products at your premises.
To the maximum extent permitted at law, we are not responsible for, and you release us from all liability in connection with the courier’s failure to deliver the Gifts to you.
We do not offer a refund for a change of mind.

Nothing in this Shipping and Returns Policy limits your rights as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law.
